Wioletta is a HR consultant, Leadership Coach, trainer and facilitator working with CEO’s, Executives and teams. She specializes in leadership, intercultural competencies and organisational culture. She is working with leading organization in Poland and globally, promoting coaching and mentoring culture in organizations, supporting organization in change and leadership enhancement.

Awards

Winner of the PhD competition „Challenges in XXI century’ management” organised by University of South in Adelaide, in 2013 with the essay „Reverse mentoring as a social exchange tool and catalyst”. Expert at Forum „Management in XXI century” organised by the School of Management, University of South, Adelaide, Australia, in November 2013.

She was awarded for her achievement in leadership coaching with Global Coaching Leadership Award by World Coaching Congress, Mumbai, India, February 2014.

Leadership

Executive Coach, Certified Coach of „Leadership Performance”, Institute for Leadership and Management UK, London 2012, Certified Leadership Coach for Emotional Capital Tools by RocheMartin, London 2011.

She has designed curriculum of the postgraduate studies “Managerial skills” at the University of Commerce in Wroclaw (PL), delivering workshop on leadership and organizational culture.

She is an author of the book “From a manager to a leader. Handbook for managers and coaches” published December 2012 in Polish. The book has become a reference tool for corporations in change and development processes of leaders. Publication of English edition of the book is scheduled at November 2014.

She is working with biggest Polish corporations and internationally with executives. She delivers workshops on the leadership based on her book with newest models of leadership “From a manager to leader”.  She is also visiting Professor at MBA studies on leadership, change management and interculture.

She has designed curriculum and lead one of the first Coaching postgraduate studies “Coaching in business” in Poland, promoting best executive coaching practices.

Wioletta is a leading expert on mentoring. She is an author of many articles on coaching and mentoring skills and a speaker on international scientific conferences on these subjects. She writes, speaks and presents widely on topics related to mentoring and coaching and personal optimal living.

Intercultural expert

She is Trainer, Coach and Consultant in intercultural management and communication. She shares her experience as an author of the posts on leadership’ and intercultural subjects at the blog www.crossculturemanagement.com.

Education

Candidate of PhD of Science of Management (4rd year) at Kozmiński UNIVERSITY in Warszawa (one of best 37 university, due to Financial Times). She is specializing in leadership and knowledge management (Coching and Mentoring).

Master of Economics graduated from Warsaw School of Economics- most prestigious business university, Foreign Trade Faculty.  She is the Managing Director of Training Company AVANTI Szkolenia Coaching Konsulting.

Wioletta is living in Warsaw, Poland.
