Individual Consultancy and coaching sessions on cultural awarness and cross-cultural management  

Due to my experience of working with managers in the area of the intercultural competencies, the best method for getting these competencies is the combination of workshop, consultancy and coaching.  During my session on cultural awareness and management in multi-cultural organisation I share the knowledge on the subject and than work with a client in coaching manner.

Session can be held in English, Polish and German. 

For expats working in Poland

For expats – especially for middle level managers and Executive who have just started working in Poland or working for longer time and experience a setback in   his or her motivation and enthusiasm or who experience the cultural and communication barriers.

Session and teaching materials are in English.

For polish people working in multi-cultural environment or abroad

During an individual session, cultural profile of the person and her/his leadership style will be assessed and compered with the cultural profile of host’ organisation and country. Based on that, the consultancy will be held how to communicate and behave taking into regard the differences and how to build on common points.

For Expat family members

Session are designed for expat’ family members who would like to understand better the culture of the country they are living in, so that they can enjoy the stay in Poland to higher degree.
